The crew has arrived and work is underway. This is one of the most exciting moments in the entire process. The day we start your project
Our team arrives each morning between 7:45 AM and 8:15 AM and wraps up the workday between 4:00 PM and 4:30 PM. A manager is present on-site throughout the full duration of the project, keeping the crew leads and Nassau County homeowners aligned every step of the way. Some disturbance to surrounding grass is a normal part of any installation, and our team works carefully to keep the active work area as contained as possible to minimize that impact on your yard.
Installation
All installations are completed to manufacturer specifications, making sure every warranty remains intact on your finished project. If any questions come up during the build, our office and on-site managers are always available to give you a clear, accurate answer right away. We know your daily schedule does not stop for a patio project, so you do not need to be home during the installation. If you would like, we are happy to send you video updates throughout the day so you can follow the progress and see how things are coming along.
For projects broken into more than two payments, our office team will reach out during the project to let you know when each middle payment is due, so there are never any surprises.
