We’ll take measurements and provide helpful materials like our brochure and paver catalog. This is the perfect time to ask questions and go over anything you want clarified. After the visit, we return to the office to begin preparing your estimate.

Step 2

We work quickly to provide your estimate, typically within 24 hours. We understand that waiting days or weeks can be frustrating, so we keep things moving. Your estimate is broken down clearly so you can see each part of the project and decide what works best for your budget and timeline.

Step 3

Once you’ve reviewed your estimate and feel comfortable with everything included, simply reach out to let us know you’re ready to move forward. From here, we begin preparing for your project and look forward to working together.

Step 4

After approval, your project is added to our schedule. At this stage, your installation date is pending. We will give you a general timeframe so you know where things stand, but exact dates can vary due to factors like weather and ongoing projects.

Step 5

You’ll receive catalogs to help with selecting colors and materials, but we strongly suggest visiting a local masonry supplier to see options in person. Photos and catalogs can differ slightly from real-life materials, and seeing them firsthand helps you make the best decision for your space.

Step 6

As your project approaches—typically one to two weeks before—we will reach out with a more defined start window and confirm your final selections. If anything is still unclear, this is a great time to go over details before installation begins.

Step 7

Once your materials are finalized, we place the order. Materials are usually delivered directly to your home, sometimes in multiple shipments depending on the size of the project. We’ll coordinate placement and ask where you prefer items like pavers or pallets to be dropped.

Step 8

A few days before your project begins, we’ll send over your contract through DocuSign. Please review everything carefully and make sure you understand each section before signing. Once completed, the signed copy will automatically be returned to our team.

Step 9

On the first day of your project, our crew will arrive and review all details with you. If you’re not available, we’ll stay in close communication to ensure everything is handled correctly. We will need access to basic utilities such as water and electricity during the project.

Step 10

Our team will bring the necessary equipment, including trailers and machinery, which will remain on-site throughout the job. These are typically kept in the driveway or nearby area for easy access while work is ongoing.

Step 11

When work begins, a deposit will be collected as outlined in your contract. Payments can be made by cash, check, or credit card, depending on your preference. Any applicable fees will be discussed in advance.

Step 12

Our crews typically work from around 8 AM to 4 PM, though times may vary slightly depending on the project and location. At the end of each day, the team will clean and organize the workspace. We focus on one project at a time, so once we start, we stay committed until completion.

Step 13

Throughout the installation, management will stay involved and check in regularly to ensure everything is progressing smoothly. Each crew is led by a foreman, and for the best communication, we recommend reaching out to the office or management team with any questions or updates.

Step 14

If you have any questions during the build, we encourage you to ask right away. It’s much easier to make adjustments during the process. Once the project is complete, we’ll do a final walkthrough with you to make sure everything meets your expectations before collecting the final payment.
