One of our experienced team members will visit your home to discuss your vision and review design options. We’ll take measurements and provide you with our paver catalog and AP Brochure. This is your opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the process, materials, design options, timelines, or anything else that comes to mind. Once the consultation is complete, we’ll get to work on your personalized estimate.
Step 2
We prioritize efficiency and understand the importance of timely information. That’s why we strive to provide you with a paver installation estimate within 24 hours. We break down the project into manageable components, offering an approach that empowers you to make informed decisions about your budget and timeline. This allows you to plan ahead and prioritize the aspects of your project that are most important to you.
Step 3
Once you’ve carefully reviewed the estimate and are ready to move forward, simply give us a call or send an email. We’re excited to partner with you and bring your outdoor vision to life!
Step 4
Once you’ve confirmed your project, we’ll schedule it and let you know approximately when we anticipate starting. Please note that due to factors such as weather conditions and project priorities, we cannot provide an exact start date at this time. We’ll keep you updated as we approach your scheduled timeframe.
Step 5
While the catalogs provide a great starting point, we encourage you to visit LandCare Stone to see the pavers in person. The materials may appear differently on paper than in real life. The knowledgeable staff at LandCare Stone can assist you in selecting the perfect pavers for your project, including any potential upgrades or additional costs.
Step 6
As we approach your project’s start date, we’ll contact you with an estimated timeline and collect your final selections. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns. Remember, we’re here to assist you throughout the process.
Step 7
Once we finalize your material selections, we’ll place the order with LandCare Stone. They will deliver the materials directly to your home. Depending on the order size, deliveries may be staggered. Please let us know your preferred location for the delivery, such as your driveway or curbside. We can also provide a paver installation estimate if needed.
Step 8
A couple of days before your project starts, we’ll send you a contract via DocuSign for your review and signature. Please carefully review all terms and conditions before signing and submitting the contract. Once signed, a copy will be automatically sent to us.
Step 9
On the day your project starts, our team will arrive and review the details with you. If you’re unable to be present, we’ll maintain constant communication to ensure everything aligns with your vision. Please ensure we have access to water and electricity (hose spigot and outlets) to facilitate the installation process.
Step 10
With our crew onsite and ready to work, the project is officially ready to commence. It’s at this moment that our team will collect a deposit as outlined in the contract. This can be paid in cash, credit card, or check. Please note that additional fees may apply, as necessary.
Step 11
Our typical workday begins around 8 AM and concludes around 4 PM. However, depending on the distance from our office and the specific requirements of your project, start and end times may vary. The crew will take a lunch break midday. At the end of each workday, we’ll ensure the work area is clean and organized before departing. To maintain quality and efficiency, our crews focus on one project at a time, guaranteeing your project receives dedicated attention until completion.
Step 12
Throughout the project, our management team will monitor the progress and ensure everything is on track. Each crew is led by an experienced foreman who oversees the day-to-day operations. For any questions or concerns, please communicate directly with our office or management team to ensure a timely and effective resolution.
Step 13
It’s essential to communicate any questions or concerns you may have during the installation process. This allows us to make adjustments on the spot, ensuring the final result meets your expectations. Once the project is complete and the area is cleaned up, we’ll conduct a final walkthrough to confirm your satisfaction. At this time, we’ll collect the final payment.
